This house is on the second floor and you will need to climb one flight of stairs.

Please note that this unit has one apartment directly below it, and while we do our best to ensure a peaceful stay, you may occasionally hear sounds from the unit below. We recommend using the sound machines provided if you’re sensitive to sound.

We have these house rules in place to ensure a pleasant and high quality stay for all our guests. Please review carefully before booking. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if the house rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

🕒 Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM
🔇 Quiet Hours 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. In adherence to the city noise ordinance, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. Any noise complaints from neighbors could lead to a cancellation without refund.
🚭 No Smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property including the entrance and backyard. A fee of $1000 applies if violated.
👟Please no shoes inside the house.
🐾 We do love our furry friends but we do not allow pets inside the house due to allergy concerns.
🎉 Parties and events are not allowed. A fee of $1000 applies if violated.
👥 No extra/overnight guests than what is specified in the reservation.

Parking
There is one covered car parking available at the house. Street parking requires permit. Parking for a second car is available for an additional fee.

Property Disclosures
We have three actively recording cameras in the front and back entrance which records video and audio upon live motion in the area. There is also a smart home device in the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the unit and in common spaces. There are no cameras inside the house. Devices are on 24/7.
