Full Bathroom 1: located by living room area, modern shower
Full Bathroom 2: located in hallway — has shower and double sinks
Full Bathroom 3: located near back of the house — has tub, single sink

Guest access

The entire house including driveway and backyard. There is a locked closet, that is for the cleaners!

Other things to note

• Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use the neighbor’s driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
• No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM.
• No parking on the street as it is only permit parking and you will be ticketed, please park on the driveway or in the garage.
• A complaint from a neighbor will result in cancellation without refund.
• Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off the stove, oven, AC / heater.
• Do not set the AC thermostat below 67 degrees. It will break the unit.
• Adult supervision of children on property at all times including pool and/or hot tub (IF APPLICABLE)
• No Shoes inside the property.
• No Smoking of any kind in the house.
A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
• No parties, events, birthdays stays.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
• No Mail / Packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
• No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
• No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
• No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
• No Pets
• No Parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM
